Check-in
You can check-in from 2 pm.
Check-out
You must check-out before 10.30 am.
Breakfast is served from 8 am to 9 am.
We provide you clean towels and bed sheets.
The total clean up of the room is scheduled every three days including new bed sheets and towels, while the tiding is provided every day.
Any other clean up or new laundry are considered extra.
Bookings
In response to your inquiry we will communicate you our availability and when you’ll confirm your booking and reserve your room you’ll have to pay 50% in advance.

When you’ll check-in you’ll have to pay the balance and at the check-out any extras.
Confirmation of Receipt of Advance
We’ll confirm the successful payment of the advance by email or phone.
Cancellation policies
If the cancellation is made within 30 days your check-in, it is free.
If the cancellation is made within 15 days your check-in, it will be 50% refunded.
No refund is provided if you cancellation will be made starting from 14 days before your check-in .
